Right of withdrawal
A consumer who has made a purchase at a distance may, in principle, withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the time limit14 dayssince receiving the product.
A statement of withdrawal from the contract can be sent to the following address: vamos.costablanca@gmail.com. Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, you must send the product back without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.

Costs and refunds
- The direct cost of returning the product in the event of withdrawal from the contract is borne by the consumer.
- We refund the amount due for the returned product and the cost of the cheapest standard form of delivery offered for a given order.
- Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or provide proof of its return.
- You can get acquainted with the product to the extent that it would be possible in a brick-and-mortar store.
Hygiene exception (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act)
Right of withdrawal for hygienic reasonsis not entitled toin the case of a product delivered in a sealed package which, once opened, cannot be re-marketed for health or hygiene reasons, if the security has been opened or compromised after the product has been delivered.
This applies, for m.in, to properly protected cosmetics and hygiene products, if they cannot be offered again to another customer after their security has been breached. The mere fact that a product is a cosmetic does not automatically mean that you lose your right of withdrawal – the conditions for sealing and hygiene reasons must be met. We inform you about the security on the product card.
Opening or breaching a product security does not limit the right to complain if the product is defective, damaged or not in accordance with the contract.
Food products (e.g. olive oil)
Food products are covered by the right to withdraw from the contract within the deadline14 days, provided that the factory protection of the packaging (foil, seal, cap)has not been tampered with or opened. An intact bottle of olive oil or other tightly closed food product can therefore be returned just like any other product.
After opening or breaching the security, the food product is subject to a hygienic exception (Article 38 of the Tax Act) — the right of withdrawalis not entitled to, as the product cannot be re-marketed for health and hygiene reasons.
An exception also applies to products which, due to their nature, are perishable or have a short shelf life – for such goods, there is no right of withdrawal at all. Reporting a non-conformity or defect in the product (complaint) remains possible regardless of the above.
Complaints
We are responsible for the compliance of the delivered product with the contract on the terms resulting from the applicable consumer law. A complaint can be sent to: vamos.costablanca@gmail.com.
In the application, it is worth specifying:
- name and surname,
- Order number
- the name of the advertised product,
- description of the problem,
- Product photos (if they can help)
- the expected way of resolving the case.
We will respond to the complaint within the time limit provided for by the applicable regulations. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or other than the one ordered - please contact us. The rights arising from the complaint are independent of the right of withdrawal.
