Shipment is carried out by parcel lockersInPost (InPost International service - Parcel to Polish), straight from Spain. You pick up the parcel at a selected parcel locker in Polish. Available delivery methods are indicated when placing the order.

CurrentDelivery cost is displayed before the order is approved and paidand depends on the total weight of the shipment (including packaging). The cost of delivery is given separately – calculated automatically in the basket according to the dimensions of InPost:

• Size A(up to approx. 2 kg, 8×38×64 cm) — PLN 49.99
• Size B(over 2 kg to approx. 10 kg, 19×38×64 cm) — PLN 58.99
• Size C(over 10 kg to 25 kg, 39×38×64 cm) — PLN 104.99

Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value threshold (visible in the shopping cart). Personal collection possible by prior arrangement – free of charge.

We process orders after verifying the availability of products (cosmetics imported from Spain may be temporarily unavailable). InPost's standard delivery time from Spain isabout 5 working daysfrom the moment the order is accepted to the execution. Each package is insured.

The estimated delivery time is for reference and is subject to change, m.in, in the event of increased orders, holidays or carrier delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you of the situation.

We recommend that you provide correct and complete delivery details. If the shipment returns to us for reasons attributable to you (e.g. failure to collect on time, wrong address), reshipment may require the cost of reshipment. We recommend that you check the condition of the packaging upon collection.

The prices of the products are given in Polish zlotys and are gross prices. The order is sent for execution after the correct payment confirmation.

After paying for the order, we issueVAT invoice(automatically, to the data provided in the order). You can download the invoice in the customer panel (My orders).
